We hold our range of group lessons in a 80m2 activity room, although we sometimes hold these group activities in the garden, in order to enjoy the good weather and fresh air.
Yoga is an essential pillar in our Wellness Studio; we have been teaching yoga since we started the club and we currently teach three types of yoga.
In addition, we give mugendo karate, stretching, fitball, GAL (Gluteus, Abs & Legs), body toning and pilates lessons.
Children also have their own space in our Wellness Studio with clasic ballet lessons.
